Jobpilotr finds and ranks public job postings and drafts applications; it cannot guarantee interviews or offers, and postings may close without notice. Applications are sent in your name only when you switch on email applications and give consent - read your letters and check each employer before applying.
Where we look - every day
Jobpilotr reads the public career boards of these 80 companies directly, plus Remotive (remote jobs worldwide) and Arbeitnow (Europe, mostly Germany). Roles show up here first, before they are reposted on job portals.

What Jobpilotr does and does not do
What it does
- Reads company career boards and Remotive / Arbeitnow every day
- Scores each role against your CV and keeps only genuine fits (60+), with a reason
- Writes a 150-220 word letter per match from your real achievements
- Emails an application only if the posting asks for it and you opted in - you in CC
- Never shows you the same job twice; skips companies you exclude
What it won't do
- Log into LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed or any account of yours
- Fill in employer application forms for you - you click apply and paste the letter
- Invent skills, numbers or experience in your letters
- Cover government, banking-branch, factory or most local non-tech jobs
- Guarantee interviews - it gets strong applications out early, the rest is you
See your top 5 matches before you pay
Upload your CV and get five roles that fit you right now, each with a fit score, the reason and a ready letter. If they're not relevant, don't buy.
Find my top 5 jobs - freeWho it's for
- I'm a software engineer at a service company and want to move to a product company or a startup
- I was laid off and need strong applications going out every week while I prepare for interviews
- I want a remote role or a job in Europe, and I'm tired of checking a dozen boards
- I'm job hunting quietly on evenings and weekends and have no time to write 20 cover letters
- I tried an auto-apply bot and it sent rubbish to roles I'd never take
Why people use Jobpilotr
The best roles at good companies go up on the company's own careers page first - and by the time they reach LinkedIn or Naukri, Easy Apply has a few hundred applicants. Checking 80 career pages every day is impossible, so most people rely on noisy alerts, apply late, and send the same generic letter everywhere. Auto-apply bots make it worse: they fire off hundreds of wrong-level applications, log into your LinkedIn account (which LinkedIn's terms forbid) and recruiters learn to ignore them. Jobpilotr does the boring part properly. Every day it pulls open roles straight from the career boards of top product companies, AI labs and remote-first employers. Every week it ranks them strictly against your real CV, keeps only genuine fits, tells you why each one fits, and writes a short letter that cites your actual work. You apply in a minute per job - or let it email the employer when the posting asks for applications by email.
- ✓ Jobs straight from the source: the Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby career boards of 80 companies (Stripe, Datadog, Notion, OpenAI, Anthropic, Razorpay, PhonePe, CRED, Groww, Postman and more), plus Remotive and Arbeitnow
- ✓ New postings pulled every day; anything older than 30 days or no longer listed is dropped, so you are not applying to dead roles
- ✓ Strict matching against your CV: each pick has a fit score and a one-line reason, roles far above or below your level are left out, and the same role posted in five cities shows once
- ✓ A 150-220 word cover letter for every match, built from achievements in your CV - no invented facts, no clichés
- ✓ Your filters: target titles, cities, countries, remote only / any, keywords, and companies to never apply to (e.g. your current employer)
- ✓ Optional email applications - only when a posting explicitly asks for CVs by email, only after you tick consent; you are CC'd and replies come straight to you
- ✓ We never log into LinkedIn, Naukri or any account of yours, so there is nothing to get banned
- ✓ Weekly digest in your inbox, set your own weekly cap (1-20), pause any time, delete all your data with one click

Frequently asked questions
Does it apply on LinkedIn or Naukri automatically?
No, deliberately. LinkedIn's terms forbid bots and accounts using them can be restricted. We never log into any of your accounts. Most matches come from company career boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby), where you get a direct apply link and a ready letter - applying takes about a minute. If a posting on Remotive or Arbeitnow explicitly asks for CVs by email and you have switched on email applications, we send it for you with your CV attached and you in CC.
Which companies and job boards do you search?
Every day we read the public career boards of 80 companies - including Stripe, Airbnb, Figma, Databricks, Cloudflare, Datadog, MongoDB, HubSpot, Spotify, Palantir, Atlassian, OpenAI, Anthropic, Notion, Ramp, Vercel, Deel, Razorpay, PhonePe, CRED, Groww, Meesho, Zepto, Postman, BrowserStack, Freshworks, Swiggy and Zomato - plus Remotive (remote jobs worldwide) and Arbeitnow (Europe, mostly Germany). The full list is on this page. Roles appear there first, often before they are reposted elsewhere.
Is it only for software engineers?
No - these companies also hire product managers, designers, data scientists, analysts, sales, customer success, marketing, finance and operations staff, and we match all of them. But be realistic: our sources are tech and startup companies. If you want government jobs, a bank branch role, manufacturing or a local business in a smaller city, you won't find many matches here.
What do I get for free?
Sign in, upload your CV (PDF) and run a free preview once: your top 5 matches right now, each with a fit score, the reason it fits and a tailored cover letter. If those 5 aren't relevant, don't pay.
What does the paid pass include?
For ₹499 / $10 (30 days) or a 1-year pass: up to 20 new matches every week, each with a tailored letter, a weekly digest email, email applications where the posting asks for them (if you opt in), and your full match history in the dashboard. You choose the weekly cap and can pause any time. Matches you've already seen are never repeated.
Why only 20 a week? Other tools apply to hundreds.
Because recruiters ignore mass-blasted applications, and a wrong-level application wastes a company you might want later. We only keep roles that score as a genuine fit; some weeks that is fewer than 20, and we'd rather send you 12 good ones than 20 padded ones. Applying early to the right roles with a specific letter is what gets replies.
How good is the matching? Will I get senior roles when I'm junior?
The AI reads your CV and each posting and scores fit on skills, seniority, domain and location. It is told to be strict and never pick roles far above or below your level; only roles scoring 60+ are kept and each comes with a one-line reason so you can judge it. You can steer it with target titles, keywords and countries, and exclude companies.
Can I work remotely from India (or anywhere) with this?
Set 'remote only' and your country. Many remote postings are restricted to a region (US only, EMEA, etc.); we drop remote roles limited to regions that don't include your country, and skip ones naming a place we can't verify.
Do the cover letters make things up?
No. Letters are written only from your CV and the job description - 150-220 words, a specific opening about the role, two or three of your real achievements mapped to what they need, and a short close. Read them before you send; you can edit them freely.
Is my CV safe? Can I delete everything?
Your CV is stored by our database provider with encryption at rest and is only sent to employers when you switch on email applications and give consent. You can turn that off, pause, or delete your CV and all job data with one click from the dashboard.
